There are many ways you can book Play The Rig, including small, medium and large free-play set-ups, an arts and crafts zone and even workshops. Here is a quick guide to what is included:

Large Set-Up (from £1,600 per day)

Big Rig (Kitchen Rig)
4 Mini Rigs – Rhythm, Bells, Tin Can Telephone, Gongs
Hooter Tree – fun for all ages
2 Pixie Rigs – for toddlers
Bits n’ Bobs – Victorian Bath, Bucket Drum, Suitcase Bass Drum, Broomstomp, Oventray Headphones
3 Riggers – host, assist play & start grooves
Free-play sessions – up to 5 hours per day
Set-up: 2 hrs | Pack-down: 1.5 hrs
Optional gazebo – 6m x 3m branded & decorated

Medium Set-Up

(from £1,250 per day)

Includes:

4 Mini Rigs
2 Pixie Rigs – perfect for toddlers
All of our Bits n’ Bobs
2 Riggers – host, assist play & start grooves
Free-play sessions – up to 5 hours per day
Set-up: 1.5 hrs | Pack-down: 1 hr
Optional gazebo – 6m x 3m or 3m x 3m branded & decorated

Small Set-Up

(from £900 per day)

Includes:

2 Mini Rigs
2 Pixie Rigs – perfect for toddlers
Selection of Bits n’ Bobs – e.g. Bucket Drum, Suitcase Bass Drum, Broomstomp
1 Rigger – hosts, assists play & starts grooves
Free-play sessions – up to 5 hours per day
Set-up: 1 hr | Pack-down: 45 mins
Optional gazebo – 3m x 3m

Arts & Crafts Zone

(£350-450* per day)

Eco-friendly instrument making. Includes:

Make & take instruments – plastic bottle shakers, tin can drums, and more
Themed decorations – tailored to your event
Great add-on – complements any practical play zone
1 Rigger – supports play and guides children
Up to 70 instruments – over a maximum 5 hours of free-play (more on request)
Aimed at children under 10 years
Optional gazebo – 3m x 3m

Mini Play-Zone

(from £650 per day)

Includes:

All Bits n’ Bobs – no Victorian Bath, but includes extra teapots, washboards, jingles & chimes
2 Pixie Rigs – perfect for toddlers and young children
1 Rigger – hosts, assists play & starts grooves
Free-play sessions – up to 5 hours per day
Indoor events only – cordoned-off designated space required
Aimed at children under 8 years

Workshops

(from £300)

Duration: 1 hour (longer or shorter sessions available)
1 Facilitator – number may vary depending on participants
